Carrying the Message
Founded by Eddie Lama, FaunaVision is a 501c(3) charitable not-for-profit organization dedicated to carrying the message of compassion for animals. Believing that education is the key to change, Eddie created a high-tech multimedia van (left) to roam the streets of New York City and other metropolitan areas. This unique street-level advocacy program brings the reality of animal issues directly to the public using video, brochures and leaflets. The van is equipped with color monitors, speakers, computerized message board, and a PA system. The hidden world of animal abuse is revealed to those who may still be unaware of the atrocities being committed each day.
Additionally, FaunaVision owns and operates Oasis Sanctuary, a 60+ acre haven for rescued, abused or abandoned animals located in Upstate New York.
